Probably not the last of the shots from this outing, just to warn you. 
The water on Shays Run has always fascinated me...the color comes from natural tannins found in the dark, rich soil as the streams slowly meander through swampy areas before plunging into the Blackwater Canyon. Though not everyone's cup of tea, I think the water has so much character.
