Rainy Autumn Color by LAlight Rainy Autumn Color by LAlight
Had a couple people request to see this one in color, even though I had kind of decided on the b&w. But anyway, here ya go guys!

Cold, dark, rainy autumn day in WV.

This is beautiful! I really think the color is more striking than the black and white. The ripples really give this a great feel. Nice work!

Wow those colors really pop and the reflection is terrific. Really nice composure on something so many people see.

No comparison - This image is miles ahead from the dark version - from the moment you view there is an instant reaction/impact ,the dark however takes a while to take it all in - Colour for me :)

That's the general consensus I'm hearing. Guess I was just in a bad mood when I processed it in b&w and decided to post that one! Thanks for the feedback Doug. :)

is definitely a tough decision between the two! think dread stated it the best, this one really does excite the visual senses and in a way screams LA a lil more!

pure magic in this one as well..has inspired me greatly for the upcoming color change over here

this would also be a great idea for a table top!! :D

:w00t: So happy to hear that you see the good in both pieces! Normally isn't my thing to post both, but I really was very torn. Also glad to know I could inspire you for the autumn in the PNW, something I really wish I could see! If it's half as beautiful as summer was, I'm definitely missing out.

That table top idea is FANTASTIC!!! Gonna seriously look into doing that. Would look great in my cabin... =D

hmmm...I've been going back and forth and this color version appeals to my visual sense while the 'gray tone' appeals to my imagination..

so I gotta rate them both as equally great...!!!
