Wahclella Autumn

As many of you may have read elsewhere, it's been a little harder for us to find as much time to shoot lately! So much change has taken place since the summer, and it's been crazy, busy, beautiful, and strange.

A short weekend getaway to Oregon was about all we managed to fit in between Pacific Northwest rain storms this fall. Between our busy schedules and just keeping up with life, we didn't seem to have as much time for travel as usual. But Addam and I took Little Man down to the Columbia River Gorge for his first visit to Oregon. He had tons of fun playing in the creeks, getting soaked while splashing and throwing rocks, generally being a little boy.  

One of the coolest things to happen on this trip was that my son, who is now eight and growing so fast, took a keen interest in our photography. So in between splashes and rock throwing, he would come over to me and ask if he could take a picture. So he also took lots of pictures of this waterfall, and he was so proud. Maybe one day we'll post his pictures from here too! 

I'm trying desperately to get caught up on here, though I'm afraid it's just a wash at this point. Very happy to be back, though, and I hope to continue posting and seeing everyone's work.
